Consultants are busy people. Involved in the nitty-gritty of project work, EY has long since known that outside eyes can often assess a programme of work quicker and with greater clarity.  I spent time interviewing directors and senior consultants to get a feel for the project ‘story’ and then created detailed submissions for various categories.

From large government programmes to private sector change management projects; much of EY’s work is high profile requiring thoughtfulness, sensitive handling, detailed research and intelligent examination.
