I’ve been creating content for Crisis Guardian for many years and was really pleased to help them with their re-brand and create web copy for the new site. Theirs is a highly specialised business and a transatlantic one too, so we needed to consider how to handle important differences in grammar and terminology.
We worked together to develop a mechanism that highlighted rather than separated UK and USA grammar, terminology and spelling differences. The technique provides another opportunity to explain what they do and kept development costs down because it allowed Crisis Guardian to produce one rather than two sites.
